There is a reason this blog is called "Fitness Struggler" because it's one of the hardest things for me. But it doesn't mean I am going to give up. For the past few years, I have been trying to find a way that works for me, to eat better, and to keep fit. I haven't found it yet - at least nothing sustainable - but I am determined to achieve something regarding this in 2012.
I don't really care for diets. I have never really been on a diet as such, because I love food, and have no intention of starving myself. But I also know that healthy eating is only sensible, so what I am on lookout for is a way I can manage healthy eating without feeling deprived.
That brings me to Lunch Box Diet. Despite the "Diet" in the title, it's not about starving yourself. I have just started this, and so far, haven't got much to report.
